To reschedule or cancel a consultation, contact Sanbiome as early as possible using the details on the Contact page.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms for programs are confirmed at the time of booking.

If a payment is taken and the consultation cannot take place because of Sanbiome, you will be offered a new slot or a refund.
